Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe workspace. Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately using our handheld scanning systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
- Space Optimization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Reporting: Accurately log daily activities and report any discrepancies or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners or RF guns.
