Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming merchandise and stock shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific job duties).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
