Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management software.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
