Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
