Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labeling and documentation is accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming goods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
