Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and inventory products accurately to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
