Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise from freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately to meet daily shipping targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and verify stock levels against system records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
