Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to protocols.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure shipment integrity and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
