Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and safety standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Package and label items securely for domestic and international transit.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and package checking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols.
