Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high efficiency.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory and materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging integrity.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
