Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak operational hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, inventory counting, and verifying shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
