Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided upon hire).
- Package, label, and organize products for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor, but helpful).
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
