Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
