Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies to inventory management.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring efficient storage layouts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
