Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and stage merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for operating scanning equipment.
- Must be available for a walk-in interview at our Columbus facility.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
