Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock to ensure accuracy in our inventory system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attendance record.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level roles.
