Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Walk-in Interviews Available Daily)
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely and efficiently move products from trailers to the warehouse floor using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately retrieve items from shelves based on customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock counts and ensure proper organization of inventory within the warehouse.
- Equipment operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanners) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- General maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow work instructions and safety logs.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
