Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to process orders.
- Pack and Ship: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing incoming stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- General Labor: Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent track record of attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Background: Must pass a basic background check and drug screen.
