Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Pack and label products for domestic/international shipments
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for quality assurance
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas to maximize space
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
