Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies or damages.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull heavy loads.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
