Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and update inventory systems in real-time.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by the role.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, to meet business demands.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a track record of punctuality are essential.
