Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and shipments are prepared accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
