Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment functionality
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID for background check
- Flexible availability including weekends (occasional)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
