Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and inventory with accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in stockroom organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Operate warehouse management software to update stock levels and track shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime.
