As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that products are processed, packed, and shipped with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize stock on shelves and pallets to ensure maximum inventory visibility and accessibility.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
