Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and materials onto delivery trucks.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they are shipped to customers.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
