Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided if needed), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on warehouse floors.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
