Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Unload incoming shipments and organize warehouse storage areas.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
