Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our management software.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy to meet delivery deadlines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
