Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock levels in designated areas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping via various carriers.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all orders meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
