Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and sort incoming stock to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and proficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Perform daily quality checks on products to ensure they meet strict company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as business demands.
