Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise safely and efficiently using various material handling equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of customer orders to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) preferred.
