Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials for distribution using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
