Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inspect goods for damage during receipt and storage to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment according to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
