Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Verify product quality and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable and available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
