Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery by palletizing and labeling
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and safety compliance standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway Blvd location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
