Responsibilities
- Unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Assisting with loading and unloading of trucks
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
- Following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication skills
