As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse or retail environment at all times.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment or delivery with precision.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
