Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment issues
- Support order fulfillment and shipping processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ years)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends as needed)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
