Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and handheld scanners to process orders with 99% accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment according to client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Valid Forklift Certification is a plus but we offer training for qualified candidates.
