Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using industry-standard equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records with barcode scanning systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report defects promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
