Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
