Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse floor and storage aisles.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
