Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
