Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and move stock.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain organized storage areas.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
