Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Pick/pack orders with RF scanners for accuracy
- Maintain clean/safe workspace per OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to our North Columbus facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
