Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using barcode scanning systems
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces to OSHA standards
- Process orders with 99% accuracy for client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
