Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer specifications and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform routine equipment checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
