Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Inspect received goods for damage and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify inventory and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is required for driving duties.
