Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct regular audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery
- Support receiving and stocking of new inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
